The concept of Tranquil Body Treats came about when I realized that the cost of a body scrub I used for my salon was  not only  ridiculously overpriced  but that they also contained harsh ingredients, which  exposed  both  myself and my clients to  harmful chemicals that were easily absorbed through our skin and were damaging to our well-being.

As a qualified  aromatherapist and reflexologist I firmly believe that natural is best. Being beautiful  on the inside  as well as the outside starts with what you put  into your body and onto your skin.  Our products are made with love and care ensuring only the best for our clients.

Tranquil Body Treats consists of naturally therapeutic handmade skin, body and baby care products. All of  our products are made from  Mother  Earth’s finest natural ingredients. Our ingredients are sourced wherever possible from Fair Trade suppliers and from our own  organically grown garden.

Our products do not contain SLS (sodium laurel sulphate), mineral oil, parabens, alcohol or any harsh chemicals.  Our products are eco-friendly, we make use of biodegradable containers ensuring that they can dissolve easily in the environment without destroying nature.  Our products are not tested on animals.

My husband and I work as a team.   Tranquil Body Treats is our passion and we both play a vital role in the business. I  am responsible for the production of all the products as well as taking care that all our marketing needs are met, whilst he ensures that the day to day running of the business is kept in order.
