Competition Time (Cellulite – Fat Attack)
October 11th, 2010Firstly, I’d like to share a secret…………………..that not only “overweight” ladies have cellulite, thin and slender people suffer as much from cellulite, as their heftier counterparts.
What is cellulite?
Cellulite is just FAT, but what gives it a distinction from just any fat is the lumpy, orange peel texture of the skin that covers it. It is really just a fancy word for “puckered fat”.
Most women suffer from cellulite build up, which is really a toxic build up. Unfortunately, it occurs in women more than men and most often in the thigh and buttocks areas.
Cellulite is not hereditary, so don’t go blaming your mother or grandmother. The likelihood of having it depends on the number of fat cells you have and how good your circulation is.
There are many contributing factors that cause cellulite to name just a few:
- Insufficient water intake
- Little or no exercise
- Constipation and digestion problems
- Tension and stress
- Pollution
- Incorrect breathing
- Fatigue
- Poor eating habits
- Hormonal cycles
Miracle cures are offered from many sources to fight it, but there is NO miracle – yet it can be removed.
You need to treat cellulite, and consistently break it down. There are various home treatments one can do to treat your cellulite, but please remember the elimination will not happen overnight and it will take time. You will need to be “patient”.

- Exfoliate three times a week with a body scrub
- Drink plenty of water
- Exercise
- Massage the problem area with your body cream, working towards your lymph nodes (must be a hard massage)
- Eat correctly

Oh well…. Since I have hit the big 30 all just went pear-Shape from there… All of a sudden things turn South and the cellulite just appeared. I just woke up one day and it was there.
I am in love with your foot scrub so if this cellulite wonder of your’s is nearly as good as the scrub then I would really would like to try it out!
