August 4th, 2010Yesterday, my hubby quickly read thru our monthly specials, post. I asked his advice cause I tend to blab a lot when writing. Anyhoo he suggested I explain the meaning of Parabens and Laurel Sulphate. Needless to say I was not impressed and simply said no! (cause everyone knows what they are, right?)
It took him less than five minutes to forward me this e-mail, ever so politely asking me to read it. (P.S. I do not think you are stupid clients, I guess I was the stupid one thinking everyone will know the meaning)
